The Mass Emails page shows a record of every mass email sent from your account with delivery and engagement stats. From here you can review performance, drill into contact-level engagement, and manage Advanced Mass Emails that are actively sending.
To access it, go to Communication > Email > Mass.
How to Change Which Mass Emails Are Displayed
By default, the list shows only your own mass emails. To change what is displayed, click the My Mass Emails dropdown in the upper left of the list.
The available options are:
My Mass Emails - mass emails you sent.
My Hidden Mass Emails - mass emails you have hidden from the default view.
Account Mass Emails - mass emails sent by all users in the account.
If you are not seeing a mass email you expect, switch to Account Mass Emails to check whether it was sent by another user.
Understanding List Size: Emailing vs All
Each row in the list shows two numbers under List Size.
All - the total number of contacts on the list at the time of send.
Emailing - the number of contacts on the list who had a valid email address and were not bounced, unsubscribed, or undeliverable at the time of send.
The Emailing count is the number of contacts the email was actually eligible to send to. It will be lower than All any time contacts on the list had delivery issues or missing email addresses.
Understanding Unique Clicks vs Clicks
The list and the detail view both show two click metrics.
Unique Clicks - counts each contact once, regardless of how many links they clicked or how many times they clicked.
Clicks - counts every individual link click, including multiple clicks by the same contact.
Use Unique Clicks to understand how many people engaged. Use Clicks to see total link activity across the email.
How to Pause or Resume an Advanced Mass Email
Advanced Mass Emails send one contact at a time on a scheduled timing rather than all at once. If one is actively sending, you can pause or resume it directly from the list.
Each Advanced Mass Email row shows its send progress and a play or pause button alongside a pencil icon.
To pause a sending Advanced Mass Email, click the pause button in its row.
To resume a paused Advanced Mass Email, click the play button.
To edit the send schedule or update the email content for unsent contacts, click the pencil icon.
Edits made through the pencil icon apply only to contacts who have not yet been sent the email.
How to View Contact-Level Engagement
Clicking any stat value in the list opens the detail view for that email with the corresponding stat card selected. The detail view shows a breakdown of delivery and engagement, and a searchable table of contacts in the selected category.
Click any stat card to update the contact table to show contacts in that category. When Unique Opens or Unique Clicks is selected, a second row of sub-cards appears letting you filter further by All, Likely Human, Likely Bot, or Did Not Open/Click.
How Bot Filtering Works
When viewing opens or clicks, VipeCloud separates likely human engagement from likely automated activity. The Likely Human sub-card shows contacts whose engagement patterns suggest a real person. The Likely Bot sub-card shows contacts flagged as automated - for example, opens that occurred within 2 seconds of delivery or simultaneous clicks across multiple links.
To view or adjust the rules used for this classification, click Adjust rules in the notice bar below the stat cards.
How to Export Engagement Data
From the detail view, click Export above the contact table to download the currently displayed contacts as a CSV. The export reflects whichever stat card and sub-card is currently selected.
