Draft Agent is included with the Vipe AI plan.
Draft Agent generates drafts for email and text messages. It shows up in three places: manually, invoked inline anywhere email or text composition happens in the product; during a Review Inbox pass on messages flagged high priority; and inside Watch Agent's reply flow on the Watch board. Regardless of which one starts a draft, everything after that point - review, editing, revising, sending - works the same way.
How to Manually Invoke Draft Agent
Draft Agent can be triggered directly wherever email or text composition happens in the product. This is how most day-to-day drafts get created, whether you're replying to something or starting a new message from scratch.
Starting a new message from scratch:
Open the contact record.
Click AI Draft.
Enter a prompt describing what the message should say.
Click Draft.
Replying to an existing message:
From the contact record, hover the inbound email or text in Recent Activity.
Open the three-dot menu and click Reply.
Click into the compose ribbon, then click AI Draft.
Draft Agent generates a draft based on the original message's content. You can also enter a prompt first to steer the draft before it generates.
This same AI Draft trigger is available in text fields as well.
How to Review, Revise, and Send a Draft
This applies no matter which trigger produced the draft. It appears embedded directly in the compose window for you to review, edit, and send. Draft Agent never sends on its own.
Review the draft text. Edit it directly for small changes.
For larger changes, type instructions into the Revise field and Draft Agent updates the draft in place.
Repeat the previous step as many times as needed.
Click Send to send the draft, or Dismiss to discard it without sending.
How Draft Agent Works with Watch Agent
On the Watch board, Draft Agent is available directly inside Watch Agent's reply flow.
From the Watch board, find the signal you want to handle.
Click Reply with AI to auto-draft a reply to the triggering activity, shown under Watch Agent Context at the top of the compose window.
To revise it with a custom prompt instead of editing directly, click AI Draft and enter your instructions.

How Automatic Drafts Work During a Review Inbox Pass
During a Review Inbox pass, Draft Agent generates a draft for any message flagged as high priority. You don't have to request it - the draft is already attached to the item when it surfaces.
Open AI Review Inbox and look at the items surfaced under On Your Watchlist.
For any item that has email as a suggested next step, click Reply with AI to open it in the compose window.
Review, revise, and send the draft using the steps above.
