AI Review Inbox is included with the Vipe AI plan. It reads inbound mail through your connected inbox, so Inbox Sync must be set up first.
AI Review Inbox runs a triage pass over your inbox queue. Instead of monitoring continuously, it sweeps recent inbound mail from contacts in your CRM and surfaces what needs a reply now. It also reads email signatures to suggest new contacts and keep existing contact records current.
How to Run a Review Pass
Go to Communication > Email > Inbox.
Click AI Review Inbox in the top right.
The panel opens showing results from the most recent run, whether that run was automatic or manual.
Click Re-run at the bottom of the panel to sweep again.
Results are cached for 240 minutes. If the last run happened inside that window, Re-run returns the same cached results instead of reading your inbox again.
Each run reads up to 25 matched emails. Anything beyond that stays queued for the next run.
How to Act on What Surfaces
Only inbound mail from contacts already in your CRM is evaluated. Each surfaced item appears under On Your Watchlist, tagged ACT.
Dismiss - Clears the item from the list without replying.
Reply with AI - Opens an AI-drafted reply to the email.
Open Watch Board - Takes you to the full Watch board entry for that contact.
Emails that don't need a reply are read by the model and judged ambient. They are not surfaced as an ACT item, and no action is needed on them.
How Signature Extraction Enriches Contacts
AI Review Inbox reads the signature block of evaluated emails to match senders to contacts and keep contact data current.
New contact suggestions - When an email comes from a sender not yet in your CRM, the model looks for verified details in the signature, such as name, title, company, or phone number. A suggestion only goes out once the model has enough distinct, confirmed signals from the email itself. Generic or very short text is not enough on its own, and details that were not actually in the message are never used as evidence.
Contact enrichment - For senders who are already contacts, the signature is periodically re-read so changes, like a new title or phone number, get picked up without manual data entry.
This happens automatically as part of each review pass and only requires your attention when a new contact is suggested.
How to Configure the Daily Run
By default, AI Review Inbox also runs automatically once a day.
Open AI Review Inbox and click Settings.
Toggle Run automatically every day on or off.
Choose a time from the Run at dropdown.
Click Close.
The automatic run sweeps the last 7 days of inbound mail.
Results appear the next time you open AI Review Inbox, and you're notified on mornings with new items.
How to Review Audit Details
The Audit view shows exactly what a review pass looked at and why.
Open AI Review Inbox and click Audit.
Review the summary cards for emails evaluated, judged ambient, surfaced, and still queued.
Scroll to Every Email in the Window to see the outcome and reasoning behind each email.
Scroll to Thresholds in Force to see the settings controlling what gets read and surfaced, including the signature rescan cadence and unknown-sender confidence threshold.
Recent Runs, further down, shows a history of past sweeps: when each ran, how many emails were read and surfaced, tokens used, and source (automatic or manual).
How AI Review Inbox Differs from Watch Agent
AI Review Inbox is an on-demand triage pass over your inbox queue. You trigger it manually with Re-run, or it runs once a day if the automatic setting is on.
Watch Agent is ongoing background monitoring across the specific contacts and opportunities you've added to a watchlist, evaluating continuously rather than in a single pass.
