About activating your user login

If you’re joining an existing VipeCloud account, your account admin will create a seat for you and send you an activation email. This email includes a link labeled "Activate Your VipeCloud Account Here"—pictured below.

Clicking this link will take you to a page where you can set your password, which you’ll use to log in going forward.

How to activate your user login

Click on that link and it will take you a page that looks like this:

Enter the password you would like to have associated with your account. Your login will be your email and the password that you choose.

The next screen that you'll be taken to is the login screen where you simply need to put in your email address and the password that you just created. Now is a great time to save your password in your browser or your password manager tool of choice.

If you ever forget your password, no worries - simply click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and you'll be sent a forgot password link to reset your password.

Unable to find the activation email?

If you are unable to find the email, its subject line will be "[Your Admin's first and last name] created a VipeCloud account for you", so search for that in your inbox. The FROM address for that email will be notify@vipecloud.com. Check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox. You can also ask your admin to resend the email.
