If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking "forgot password" on the login screen.
This will take you to a page where you put in your account's email.
The system will send you an email with a link that you can click to create a new password.
Can VipeCloud Send Me A New Password?
Our system doesn't create passwords for its users. This is why when you first create an account with us, you create your password, rather than us giving one and having you change it.
The same holds true when you need to reset a password. VipeCloud will simply send you a link to create a new one
Requested A New Password But Didn't Receive An Email?
Firstly, double check that you have put in the correct email for your account when requesting a new password.
If you're sure you put in the correct email and still haven't received a password reset email, check your spam folder.
If there's nothing in your spam folder you'll need to make sure you've added VipeCloud as a Safe Sender. If VipeCloud has not been added as a Safe Sender, do this and then try requesting a password reset email again. Click here to learn more about adding VipeCloud as a safe sender.
If you've added VipeCloud as a Safe Sender but you are still not receiving the password reset email, you can email VipeCloud Support screenshots of your Safe Sender settings and we'll assist from there. It's likely that you will also need to involve your email provider's support team as well.
Still Can't Log In After Resetting Your Password?
Notepad + Copy & Paste Method
Open a text document (notepad, Word, an email draft etc) and type in your password there.
Go to forgot password and reset your password, copying and pasting the password from your text document.
After resetting your password, try logging in again, copying and pasting the password from your text document. Double check the syntax of your password using the "view password" button (eye icon).
If that doesn't work, retry step 3 using an incognito browser (click here if unsure of how to do this)
Autofill issues
Your browser's autofill might be getting in the way and inserting the old password without you seeing. Go to your browser's autofill page. On Chrome it's: chrome://password-manager/passwords And either edit the password to the new one or delete it altogether.
Browser Issues
Try using a different browser. It's uncommon, but we've encountered people having issues with Chrome not allowing them to log in with their new password.
