If you receive a message from a Contact that they would like to no longer receive emails or text messages from you, here's how you can manually unsubscribe them.

Note that Contacts can unsubscribe themselves by clicking the unsubscribe link in mass emails or by texting back "STOP" to not receive mass texts from you. However, some will choose to contact you directly instead, which requires you to manually unsubscribe them.

First log in to your VipeCloud account: https://app.vipecloud.com/setup/get_started

Then navigate to Contacts and search their email address or name in the search bar pictured below:

Click on their name to go to their contact record:

In their Details card, click "Change" next to "Unsubscribe" or "Text Opt Out" to change their opt out status:

When it says "No", this means that they WILL receive mass communications from you. To opt them out, change it to say "Yes".

Unsubscribe pertains to mass emailing, and "Text Opt Out" pertains to texting, if you have a texting add-on.
