Our mass communications all give standard ways for your contacts to unsubscribe themselves from communications. For mass emails, there's an unsubscribe button for the recipient to unsubscribe. And for texts, they can reply "STOP" to opt out.

Here's how to manually unsubscribe your contacts from mass emails and texts in our mobile app:

In the left sidebar tap on "Contacts"

Tap on Contacts again in the submenu that opens up.

Search for your contact at the top of the screen, hit enter to yield search results.

Tap on the "View" button at the bottom of their contact card in the search results.

When viewing the contact record, tap the "Change" button for the communication channel you want to unsubscribe your contact from.

When the contact record says Unsubscribe = No or Text Opt Out = No, that means they will receive mass communications for the lists that they are on. When you tap "change" and it then says Yes in either of the rows, that means that they ARE opted out.
