AI Brand Matching is available to FSE users with an active Vipe AI subscription. This feature is designed specifically for franchise consultants matching candidates to franchise brands.
AI Brand Matching analyzes your candidate's contact data against your uploaded brand documents and returns a ranked list of brand matches with reasoning. Use it to quickly build a personalized outreach asset before your first conversation with a candidate.
How to Upload Brand Documents
Go to Vipe AI and click Matching in the left sidebar.
Click the Brand Information tab.
Upload your brand documents. Accepted formats: PDF, Word doc, or image. You can upload multiple files at once.
After uploading, review the brand names. Click Auto-Detect All Brands to pull names directly from the documents, or select existing brands from the dropdown.
Confirm the names are correct, then click Upload All.
How to Configure Template Settings
Click the Template Settings tab.
Enter your website URL and click Suggest Branding with AI to auto-detect your brand colors and style.
Fine-tune the following fields:
Primary color
Email header text
Intro
Closing
Save your settings.
How to Run a Match
You can trigger brand matching manually from a contact record or automatically via an automation.
Manual:
Open a contact record.
Click More.
Select Match to Brands.
Via Automation:
Go to Automations and create an automation.
Set your trigger - such as lead parsed, sign-up form submission, opportunity added to pipeline, and more.
Add the AI Brand Matching action as a step.
How to Send Match Results to a Candidate
Go to Vipe AI > Matching.
View the Contacts Matched tab
Find the candidate's row in the Contacts Matched list.
Click Send Email or Text Link to deliver their personalized match report.
