0:01 Hello everybody, my name is Drew and do you ever wonder what exactly is being scheduled in your account and, you know, want to be able to make sure that nothing is going out that you don't expect and potentially be able to either edit something that is scheduled or stop it entirely?
0:25 Well, we're going to talk about that, we're going to talk about how to see what mass emails or scheduled in your account, how to see what mass texts are scheduled, as well as your series that are either scheduled.
0:40 Or, that are just running in progress. So, it should be quite easy once you just know where to go. So, we're going to just work our way down here, starting with mass emails.
0:56 You're going to go to your communication tab on the left sidebar. And by default, mass emails is what opens up here.
1:08 And you can, in fact, see what's see right here that we've got a scheduled mass email. So this isn't necessarily like the page where you manage your, uhh, your scheduled mass emails, but it does serve at a glance to be able to help you to just see, okay, look, we've got something that is scheduled for
1:33 in this case, November 26th. And there's even a little trash icon here to, uh, to cancel it. But let's go to the actual scheduled mass emails page, which is right here, under email, click on Scheduled and uh, here we can see a summary of every single mass email that is scheduled in our account.
1:59 It's a table. Right here, the row representing each mass email. On the left, you'll see the contact list that it's scheduled to.
2:09 You'll then see a scheduled summary right here, giving you the, the date and time when it's scheduled, as well as the subject line of the email.
2:21 You'll also see a few buttons off on the right when you hover over the row, including edit schedule. which lets you reschedule the email.
2:34 You'll see edit email, which you can click on to edit the email. It's that will go out. Note that when a mass email is scheduled, the, uh, it kind of creates its own copy of the template itself.
2:52 So, if you want to edit the email itself, like the content that's going out for a scheduled mass email, this is where you want to go to do it.
3:03 Editing the template itself, that the original template won't have any bearing on a mass email. That is. is scheduled. A really important thing to note.
3:14 So you can edit it right here if need be. And then lastly, there's a delete button to delete it. Umm, also I realize I've been saying mass emails here.
3:27 Technically, you can also schedule, uh, individual one-on-one emails and you'll be able to see those, uh, right here as well, uh, and edit them in the same manner.
3:41 Next up, we've got our text and under t- you sort of the left sidebar, you click on text, then you click on scheduled.
3:50 and it is much the same process right here. You can see your contact list. You can see a summary of the text that is scheduled to go out as well as when it is scheduled to go out.
4:08 You can hover over it and click on edit schedule to change the time that it will be sent. You can click edit text to update the message that will go out.
4:22 And then lastly, you can click on the delete button to cancel it. Let's go over to series. Now, Now, because we're in the communication tab, there is a button to go to series, but technically if we like series are part of automations.
4:39 And. and So if you go to click on the automation button in the left sidebar and then click on series, that will take you to the series page.
4:49 Now, when we're looking at this series page, in this card here in the upper left corner, you'll see templates and then you'll see launched series.
5:00 So click on the launched series tab to go to these. And also, I want to take a step back here really quickly as well because some people can get a little bit tripped up.
5:10 over hey where do I go to to see what I need to see where a series can can be comprised of emails that can be comprised of text, they can be comprised of a mixture of them as well as tasks.
5:26 Umm, but even if you have a, say, series that is an e-mail, a series that has an e-mail drip, um, because it's a series then you need to go to series two, uh, to manage it, especially to manage the launched series itself.
5:44 In that case, you wouldn't be going to e-mails but rather because it's a multi-step drip that's going into it. out a series.
5:53 This is where you need to go to manage it. So we're looking at launch series, taking a step down here.
6:01 This is, uh, it's good when we're looking at, um, a lot of data here. It's also good to be able to filter it down quickly to, uh, what we're looking for.
6:12 So that's what this little drop down here does where you've got options for all series, which we'll just show you.
6:19 It'll show your, your scheduled series, your in-progress series, your completed series, your deleted, uh, or canceled series. Um, and we can filter it down to all of, to, So each of those categories using this filter, which can help us to get to where we want to go quicker.
6:38 So we have an option here that says active series, which is scheduled and in progress. Um, so the stuff that is live basically.
6:50 And then we can also go down to each of those subcategories. Um, I think the active series filter, um, gives you a great summary of everything that we are, uh, looking at, um, or, like I said, everything is live.
7:06 And we can see that there are, uh, Two series here now, let's let's just go to a schedule because after all that's kind of the topic of the the video Well, we got one that is scheduled right here I can see, first of all, if I click on that few steps and that row of the series, I can see each of the steps
7:29 that are, uh, coming up. So this is going to be launching on November 25th. I can also just know that by, uh, by knowing that it's scheduled and seeing that the next step is November 25th.
7:43 So I'm able to edit this by clicking on the edit button or I can also just cancel this series in progress.
7:50 So those buttons right there to do that pop up on the right of the series row when I hover over it with the mouse Additionally, I can see an in progress series and what that is is like, it's a series that has a, has one or more steps that have already taken place and uh, it's still running though.
8:12 It's still live, going to be sending information, sending stuff to the contact. And in the same manner, I can view the steps and see that, you know, in this case, this contact has received a message.
8:30 the message today, the member 19, and that it has seven more steps that are going to be running. With the next one, on November 20th.
8:42 And again, I can click on the edit series in progress button to make changes to this live series, or I can click on the X to cancel the series in progress.
8:57 Alright, well, that about does it. Uhm, I hope that this has been helpful in helping you to understand how you can manage your communications that are scheduled.
9:11 that are in progress and just be comfortable with making sure that the messages are going out exactly when you want them and not when you don't.
9:21 So, reach out to us if there's anything else that we can help with. Thanks so much. Thank you very
