VipeCloud offers two ways to search: the command bar, for jumping to any page, action, or record from anywhere in the account, and the search bar within each table, for searching within that specific list.
How to Search Using the Command Bar
Click the Search VipeCloud bar at the top of any page, or press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac).
Type a page name, action, or the name or email of a contact, opportunity, or account.
Select a result, or use the arrow keys and press Enter.
Press Esc to close the command bar without selecting anything.
Before you type anything, the command bar shows recent pages, quick actions, and top destinations so you can jump to something without searching. Once you start typing, it matches pages and actions first. If nothing matches a page or action, a Records section shows matching contacts, opportunities, and accounts by name or email.
How to Search Within a Specific Table
Go to Contacts, Opportunities, or Accounts in the sidebar.
Use the search bar at the top of the table to search by name, email, phone number, or company name.
This search is limited to name, email, phone number, and company name. To search a different view or by custom field, use a filter view. See How to Create and Use Filter Views.
