In this article, you'll learn how to control your status in chat. Note that the chat we're discussing is different from the support chat. This is the chat that you can use to communicate with other users in your account and attendees in your Suites.

Click on the chat icon in the upper black bar.

Click the "Chat Status" button in the upper right:

Select Busy in the pop up:

Here you can set your away message, which will appear when other users open a chat with you .

Click Save when ready.
