Chat in VipeCloud can be used to send messages to your team members (such as if you are in a multi-user account) or with people who are outside of your account and are in one of your Suites.
We have created guides for both of these use cases since they are somewhat distinct. If you find yourself just using one of these use cases, we suggest you just focus on the one that is most relevant for your needs.

Chatting With Suites And Guests
We recognize that the limitations here might be confusing. The reason for these rules are because you our paying customers are our customers. You are not data for us to sell to advertisers. Therefore, each chat must have at least one paying customer in it.
Chatting Internally With Team Members
Chatting with team members is pretty simple, with the main question being that of whether the Admin wants Users within the account to be able to chat with one-another. See the video below for an explanation of how this works and how to enable User chatting.
