If there is an image in an email that has been resized, it is a known issue that in Apple Mail (on the desktop client), the email's background will display white. This is a non-issue if the recipient's client always has a white background, but it might look strange to them if they have a dark background.

The solution to this is to resize the image before uploading it to VipeCloud and then use that image as-is.

This is particularly important for email signatures since this affects many emails that are sent.
