The chat widget is an excellent resource for nearly all things support-related.

Where To Find The Chat Widget

It's the green button in the bottom right of nearly every screen in VipeCloud in the web app.

How Can I Use It?

It has a lot of functionality, and it's constantly getting smarter and more useful as time goes on. Let's go over the various things it can do:

Chat Support

Here you can type in a question and you'll get an instant reply 24/7 from the AI bot which has been trained on our entire help center. It will provide you with a custom response to your question, links to the articles that it used to give you that response, and the option to ask it a follow up question or to talk to a real person.

It's the best of both worlds: an instant, intelligent AI reply - and easy access to human support.

When you are chatting with a person, you'll get replies in the chat widget and in your email, so there's no need to be tied to your desk between replies.
