The Lead Quality Audit report shows whether the leads from your contact lists, sign-up forms, schedulers, email parsing rules, or Facebook lead ads could be reached, and whether anyone on your team worked them. Each run is a snapshot of those leads at the moment you run it.
How to Run a Lead Quality Audit
Click Reports in the left-hand sidebar.
Click Contacts.
Click Lead Quality Audit.
To tell recurring reports apart, enter a Report name.
Select a source type from the Lead source dropdown.
Select up to 10 sources in the list next to it.
Set the start and end dates under Lead entered.
Select an option from the Output dropdown.
To include leads with no outreach attempt, check Include leads nobody worked.
Click Run report.
Lead source types:
Contact list - leads added to the lists you pick.
Sign-up form - leads who submitted the forms you pick.
Scheduler - leads who booked through the schedulers you pick.
Email parsing rule - leads created by the parsing rules you pick. Shown only on accounts with Email Parsing.
Facebook lead ad - leads delivered from your connected Facebook lead ads.
Output options:
Reachability - facts only - reports only what a carrier or mail server confirmed.
Lead Quality - adds engagement - also shows opens, clicks, and replies. These are indicative rather than confirmed.
You can also open the report from the Lead Quality Audit button on the Contact Lists, Sign-up Forms, Email Parsing, and Facebook Lead Ads pages. The report opens with that page's source type already selected.
How to Read Lead Quality Audit Results
The Results table on the Lead Quality Audit page has one row per lead and four columns:
Lead - the contact and the date they entered the source.
Reached? - what happened to email and text sent to the lead, such as Delivered, Hard bounce, or SMS: landline.
Worked? - whether anyone sent an email, text, or task to the lead.
Outcome - what came of the outreach, plus an AI estimate of whether the lead is a real person.
Emails, texts, tasks, and engagement are counted from the date each lead entered its source, not from earlier contact with the same person.
The Reached? column separates leads you never emailed from leads with no email address. No email sent means the lead has an address but nobody emailed it. Email N/A - no address means there was no address to send to.
How to Filter and Export Lead Quality Audit Results
Click a preset button above the Results table to show only the matching leads.
Click Export CSV to download the rows.
Presets:
All rows - every lead in the run.
Hard bounce - leads whose email hard bounced.
SMS undeliverable - leads whose texts could not be delivered.
No contact data - leads with no email address or mobile number.
Opted out - leads who opted out.
Spam complaint - leads who marked an email as spam.
Received more than once - leads delivered by the source more than once.
Never engaged - leads with no opens, clicks, or replies. Shown only with the Lead Quality output.
Likely not human (AI estimate) - leads the AI estimates are not a real person.
Key Notes
Each run is a snapshot. Running the same inputs again creates a new run and leaves earlier runs, listed under Previous runs, unchanged.
A run can include up to 10 sources and up to 10,000 leads.
The run's totals count every lead in the run across your account, but the Results table only shows the leads you can see.
Leads that entered before email reply tracking began show Unknown instead of no reply.
