00:11 First, what are Facebook Lead Ads? These are ads you run on Facebook that act like a sign-up form, allowing people to provide their information.
00:20 With this integration, their information can be sent directly to your CRM in VipeCloud, saving you administrative work.
00:32 Additionally, automations can be triggered immediately, such as sending an email or other communications to the prospect. This makes the integration powerful and efficient.
01:01 To get started, go to Automation in your VipeCloud account. Under the Lead Capture section, you'll see Facebook Lead Ads.
01:14 Setting up digital ad campaigns on Facebook involves various steps, which we won’t cover here. Instead, we’ll focus on the integration process.
02:04 To create ads, log in to Facebook and click Create to start a new campaign. Make sure to select a Leads campaign with Instant Forms as the ad type.
03:27 Complete the setup of your campaign on Facebook, ensuring it is configured for lead generation. You don’t need to launch a paid campaign before completing the integration.
04:01 Back in VipeCloud, connect the Facebook Lead Ads app. Log in to Facebook if prompted, and select Opt into All Current and Future Pages and Businesses. This ensures easier management in the future.
05:46 Once connected, select the specific page you want to integrate with and save your settings.
06:28 Configure Field Mapping to ensure the information collected from the Facebook form matches the fields in VipeCloud. For example, map the email and full name fields from the form to their respective fields in VipeCloud.

09:40 To test your setup, use Facebook’s Lead Ads Testing tool. Create a test lead and verify that it appears in your VipeCloud account.

13:01 To trigger automations, set up a workflow in VipeCloud linked to the contact list you specified earlier. For example, you can create a series of emails or tasks that will be automatically sent to new leads.
