Admin Automations allow you to streamline the setup & management of your Sub User accounts.
We currently offer two Admin Automations:
Copy Sign Up Forms Into Sub User Accounts
When you add a Sub User, you can choose to copy that form into their account regardless of attributes, or if they are on a particular team. The copying also occurs if you later add the Sub User to a team with this enabled.
Setup this Admin Automation by going to Sign Up Forms, clicking the horizontal three dots for the Sign Up Form you'd like to setup the automation, and then select Copy Sign Up Form.
A modal with three cards will open up. Go to the third card down that says Admin Automation. Choose any filters you want (e.g. remove All Users and add a specific Team, so when a Sub User is added to a Team they will get a copy of this Sign Up Form).
Optionally select to also copy over AutoResponders and Scheduled Sends.
Important: Sign Up Forms copied via Admin Automations will be linked to your parent form. More about Linked Sign Up Forms here:
In addition to copying the Sign Up Forms via this Admin Automation, in your User management you can click the lightning bolt icon on the user row and manually copy the form into that Sub User's account.
Copy Suites Into Sub User Accounts
Use this Admin Automation modal to copy Suites into a Sub User's account. You can also trigger an email to be sent to the Sub User with their Suite link, and add the Suite to Account Groups.
Setting up this automation is currently support by a support ticket. For the Suites you'd like to serve as templates in your account, please send to us the below information. If there are any customizations that you'd like us to support (e.g. support for additional merge tags) please just let us know!
A link to the Suite.
All attributes of the suite will be copied.
In the Suite title, we support %FIRST_NAME% and %LAST_NAME% merge tags.
We support customizing the Icon by setting it as the User Profile Image
If you select an allowlist, we can look to see if the Sub User has a contact list with the same name (e.g. All Customers) and will use that as an allowlist.
The title of or a link to the email template you'd like to send to the Sub User when the Suite is created for them.
In addition to standard merge tags, this email template will merge in the Suite Name to %SUITE_NAME% and the Suite link to %SUITE_LINK%.
The name of any Social Account Groups to which you'd like to add the newly created Suite.
And with that you can use Suites in your Admin account as templates to copy into your Sub User accounts!
Here is how you copy your Suites into Sub User accounts:
Go to your Users page and find the User you want to copy the Suite into (be sure to First ensure they have the Suites Add-On or are a Suites-Only User). Click the lightning bolt icon to load your Admin Automations.
A modal will load that lists your Admin Automations, if you have any. Click the Suite you want to copy. Confirm the details look correct and copy the Suite!
